They went above & beyond to arrange viewings for potential buyers, extended open house timings & even door knocked to advertise our property! When it came to buying from them, they helped us figure out exactly what we were looking for within our price point, before we fully understood it ourselves. Dev & Anju walked through houses and evaluated them alongside us, educating us on what to look for and consider to ensure we were purchasing a solid, problem-free home. Their assistance didn't stop there—they also helped us negotiate the price and connected all the dots for us from pre-approval to lawyer signing to key hand-over. Firstly, I must thank you for all the hard work you have implemented in our house sales process. You guys are outstanding professionals with a high degree of perfection and execution.
I feel it's not about buying and selling houses in excellent market conditions. It's all about how you are balanced in the challenging housing market environment and render outstanding service to your clients.
We started to interview a few service providers for our housing needs. We chose Anju and Dev, among others, as our representatives. When we listed our property, the housing market was not as smooth as we thought and plummeted. We realized that it was not a great time to list, but we were determined to go ahead with the immense support from Team DNA. They supported us from the beginning of the staging process with great precision until the house was sold at the expected price. Even after the house was sold, they are still helping us out of their way. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to any of my friends and family members to experience a stress-free process
