★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some door strips for my lovely new Swift from Rexon.( I dont know the other mans name but he was nice too. He works with Rexon. ) He got them promptly, (Great communication), and I went to a panel beater to install. The unnamed panel beater installed them totally incorrectly which was very upsetting for me as this is my first really nice car in my life. Anyway I went back to Winger Greenlane to tell them what happened and asked could they possibly get the strips off and attach new ones or reattach mine. (These strips are hard to get off!). I was told no problem and they booked me in! Wonderful as Id being told elsewhere they couldn't be removed. Today Joe and his colleague removed the strips without damaging my lovely paint and attached them again in the perfect position. I am beyond thrilled at the talent and kindness this team has shown me throughout. Rexon, Joe, the whole team are amazing!! Min at reception was really lovely too. Plus every time I saw anyone there they all said high. Also VERY reasonable price for what they did. I strongly suggest buying and/or servicing you car at Winger Greenlane.
Thanks guys for saving me and my Swift! I will see you in the future.

He kept in contact through the whole way.
Upon picking my new Beast up he was excited for us and even gave us gifts for our new vehicle.

Came to drop off vehicle for servicing. No customer parking. Cars backed up to entrance.
Waited 15min in line to speak to service desk despite being booked in for a specific time.
Was told vehicle would not be ready until end of day late afternoon. No loan vehicle offered. Service manager was impatient and condescending.
Boxes of stock and accessories stacked to the absolute brim all around entrance of dealership. Safety and fire hazard galore. No waiting room of space.
Would rather drive to another postcode than to come service here.
