β β β β β Today I visited the dealership with my friend. When we reached there the CSR gentleman was busy serving another customer however, he was completely oblivious of our presence and bluntly ignored us at first. When he became free, even then he did not greet us and we had to approach him for our need. Up to this point it was still bearable situation but when my friend was filling up the form for test drive, he asked us about our visa status and how we are going to pay for vehicle? At that time we really felt humiliated and felt as if he has spat on our face. I am just wondering if he would have asked the same questions to any person with European ethnicity? Now after today's experience we have decided to buy Tesla over MG. In school I was taught that " Do not judge any book by its cover" however this gentleman seems to have studied from different league of school.

β β β β β Purchased 2022 MG. Lot of blame put on Covid,as car was more than 1 week before we could collect it.
Still waiting to hear when we get a second remote,which apparently we have to pay for.!! Interior light not working properly, have told salesperson,she was going to let us know when that can be done,still waiting.

β β β β β Mmmm.... service was not great. Buying my very first new car and salesman made very little effort. 6 days after my visit and still not even a call to confirm the availability of the car I want. I have obviously already purchased one from another dealer now

β β β β β MG is undoubtedly my worst decision, it is such a bad car. The apple car play never works, the staff is least bothered if you ring them you are waiting long long time on phone. They dont even care to call back if you leave a message leave alone taking service feedback or any follow ups. I have had lot of issues with MG ZS Essense. There was water leaking through the sunroof on my brand new car where the water leaked inside the car. It took me months to get the car appointment so they could look at it and i kept driving with stinking car because there was water evry where. They looked at my car after several calls, and my frustration of driving a car with puddles of water. They kept it over a month and i got it back. They never figured the issue so they tightened the doors thinking the leak came through the door. However it was not, and few weeks later, the issue and water came again. I had to do the whole process again and it took 2 months to get my car back. They have never bothered checking or following up no courtesy. I always look after my cars so i have always serviced from the dealership. Apple car play has been giving so many issues(practically never works), so i mentioned this time and requested to look at it. I was told its a known issue. So i have a car which i bought for a feature which doesn't work. Again i expressed disappointment and requested someone ring me as i wanted to trade in with a VW. till date, no one has rung me.
Super disappointed. Never recommending anyone.
Product quality is horrible
Service is horrible and worst is they simply don't care.
