Mechanically the cars have all been solid even when they had a lot of km on them. We will definitely keep giving them our business. Would give more stars if I could!

We just needed a car for a day and came across Bargain cars on Google search. We also called into Avis cars to get a quote, but Bargain cars was a third of the price.
Staff were laid back but thorough. We would definitely recommend this company

Had to give a 250 deposit, which was only refunded today after close to two months.
Very disorganized communication and we were not informed of a form to fill out that would of made the whole situation faster and much more seamless.
Overall I would warn people to tread carefully with this business, and make sure you stand up when asking for your money/deposit back.
This was very stressful and I would not want anyone to have to go through the frustrations I went through.

The issue was that we were required to pay a $250 deposit which was meant to be refunded within two week. Two weeks later we still haven't received it. Contacted them and was told it was their mistake and proceeded to give me reasons why they couldn't make the refund. It has been over a month now, with multiple emails requesting our refund, and they keep sending new forms that are needed to be filled out.
Still have not received our refund. Have looked at other reviews and seen that this has happened to other people to.
Will not be using them again.
