★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a TPLO surgery on our little Morkie. Very difficult for on a little dog like ours (5kgs) One of the few vets who would do the surgery in Auckland. Steve was great, and made us feel comfortable with the level of planning he went into to prepare for the surgery.
Photo is 5 weeks after surgery with our dog putting weight on the leg making great progress with rehab.

(Covid update 2020 until who knows), so happy the team is being well looked after and consequently myself and pets. Appreciate getting the updates and was thrilled to see my hero Mr Crymble ( emergency blood donor for my cat!z) had a great 14th birthday.
Doggone it, thanks for all of you studying to qualify and practicing animal care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When pup came down with something and needed urgent care my prior practice couldn't see us and not only that but refused to give us any recommendations on where we could take him same-day. I had already found them to be pretty useless since a change of ownership.
I called multiple vets across Nth Shore (panicking) and no-one would see us except ECB who made room to squeeze us in. The whole experience was wonderful and they made the stressful day much better than what it could have been. I felt I received a fantastic discharge with lots of information and the care I received overall was ten times what I had found at my prior vet clinic. I will be moving pup over to ECB despite having to drive much further, it's worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best vet for cat in north shore, I’ve been to so many vet, they are the most caring vet I’ve known. Dr Katy Skues is amazing and professional , she know what need to be done instead of just give you pain relief and let you wait. Her explanation and instruction are really clear. I could really see my cat recover rapidly after get treatment from them. Besides, they will texting you how things went, and after your pet get home they will ring you sometimes to check your pet! Everyone is nice and smart here, highly recommend!!
