Our location is unbeatable on Napier's famous Marine Parade which runs alongside the magnificent Pacific Ocean, with its views to Mahia Peninsula to the north and Cape Kidnappers to the south. From here you can walk to most of Napier's attractions, stroll the Art Deco Walk, or the oceanside boardwalk, visit the weekend markets, the National Aquarium or nearby McLean Park.

Fabulous room sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Large appartment with fabulous spa bath. The man at reception was very helpful finding butter for us so we didn’t have to buy a full tub..

We only stayed one night here and we were disappointed not to be staying longer. The apartments here are huge, we rented 2 and one would really have sufficed. They had a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. Each also had an ensuite bathroom with brilliant shower and a large jacuzzi bath off the bedroom area. There was also a kitchen and sitting room.

Was not informed of room servicing not being done, so we went out expecting our towels to be taken and coffee filled, was very disappointed and annoyed we had wet towels to use for another day. And no top up of coffee .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great and close to town however obviously this means lots of noise. I was excited to stay somewhere clean and nice considering we paid more than we usually would to stay somewhere , however I was disappointed even though I had a good discount I still didn't think it was worth the money. The bathroom floor had hairs in it when we 1st entered there was black mold behind the mirror and in the shower along the seals there was no fan in the bathroom or for the hot tub so the place gets very gets very steamy with condensation and hence the walls were falling apart with patch jobs everywhere. The furniture was dirty and dated the table and chairs were rusty despite it being an indoor table the fabric chairs were stained and the bed was uncomfortable and saggy. Every time you use the bathroom tap the water would make a horrible loud gurgling noise as it went down the pipes after that. It overall did not give me a very clean feel there was water on the floor in the kitchen when we entered. Not really much point paying extra for a beach front view as you don't get that view it's actually quite grotty on the outside. The stairs leading up were metal so every time somebody walked it was very loud. It wasn't the worst but I certainly would not stay here again for that price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner stayed in the one bedroom suite, room 13. We thought that by paying more we would receive more, however, we have honestly stayed in places half the price that are twice as good. After 2 days we found a pair of mens underwear in the corner of the room, hidden behind a curtain, so much for the 'covid' clean, bathroom fan made a rattling noise for 3 minutes everytime it was used, carpet looked stained, frayed and grubby, wall paper peeling off walls at skirting boards, toilet flush was dodgy. We complained to staff at checkout who apologised insincerely and explained a renovation was planned. This is not a 4 star establishment and definitely not worth the price we paid, would not recommend

Liked a spa bath & a comfy king bed.
Our room was up-stairs & had a nice city view.
May need a bit of interior refurbishment to get 5 stars, however the room was maintained clean enough.
The location is super handy to the beach, town & restaurants.

The room was large, comfortable and surfaces clean. BUT, the carpet was dirty, the air con filter was very filthy, the kettle was rusted, the deck chairs legs were rusted and broken, the indoor fan was rusted and broken, there was a hole in the bedroom wall.
Lots of potential but needs investment. Covid times are difficult for sure but this isn't good enough, at least clean it.
