★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 3 nights and appreciated the daily room service. Good selection of quality toiletries and tea, coffee, and biscuits. Surprisingly quiet despite its location on the main road (Marine Parade). 5 minutes walk to good eateries, shops, and the beach. Extra large and long bed with quality linen added to restful stay. Spa in-room was amazing and a huge bonus. Very accommodating staff allowed us to leave the car onsite after we checked out. Good sized room, bigger than appears in photos so you're not bumping into furniture. The only fault was that the shower pressure was a bit weak following having a spa. A small boutique hotel with a personal touch, perfect for a weekend getaway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nicest motels we've had the pleasure to stay in. Our room was immaculate, the location - walking distance from town and across the road from the beach - perfect. Hosts Tanja and Santani were just lovely, very welcoming, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We look forward to staying here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment we arrived hosts, Tanja & Santani greeted us making us feel welcome and full of helpful information. We stayed in one of the Penthouse Suites which looks directly to the beach across the road. The room was spotlessly clean, well thought out layout, comfortable super King Size bed and great water pressure in the shower. Each day our room was serviced promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and thank Tanja & Santani for being such fantastic hosts. We will definitely stay here again should we come back to Napier.

Our hosts were exceptional and are rated by us the Top of our list of accommodation in NZ so far...
Their greeting help and assistance was exceptional. The room spa and facilities were what we called the best and really recommend them as a place to stay in Napier on Marine Parade...all the best to you both?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved every minute of our stay! Right across the road from the beach and a park, so close to town. walking distance to most things. The room was great! The bar (snacks) food in room was very reasonably priced and the hosts were AMAZING! They were both so friendly and helpful! Definitely would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Napier ☺️☺️
