โ โ โ โ โ Good clean rooms. Pool was more of a paddling pool in size and not very deep! But otherwise clean and tidy and reasonably equipped as expected for a motel room.

Our room located downstair, we had badly noisy during the night time, nightmare experience for us!!!
We will never come back.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst place we have stayed at, Reception was very rude, asking the children not to make noises as there is other people around, which i thought was out of left field and weird, should i have taped their mouths up for you? Room was dirty and there were toe nails all over the floor by the bedhead, balcony door was broken and kept coming off the runners when we opened it, to the point we stopped using it because it was becoming dangerous, there was no heating in the room even though it was the middle of winter, condiments were limited, shower was dirty with hair all through it also had hardly any water coming out the nosel, very poor state the room was in, they really need an upgrade. We got a abrupt phone call at 10pm asking us to move our car, cause apparently they are reserved, but no mention in the booking or when i got there, as the lady said we can park anywhere?? i would suggest you update all your information on the website, because its false advertising.....For paying $187 for one night is extorsion for our experience we had at this place, i expected more than what they provided, we will NOT be back.

โ โ โ โ โ The pictures you see posted is not what you are going to see when getting there. Although its clearly stated that no pets are allowed I had a Major hay-fever attack and I am allergic to cat & dog hair. The private parking spaces are small and is not as reserved as they say, I had to stop on street parking. I will not go back to them.

โ โ โ โ โ No extra installation for noise from the top floor. Not ideal for families, rooms on the smaller side, location is good, although parking is tight and it's so loud & noisy from the main road, not double glazed. Also wifi isn't good. Won't stay again.

โ โ โ โ โ Room was very underwhelming, really cold in the bay & only heating was a small fan heater so in summer people will struggle with only a fan. Cracks in walls, needs a big makeover, shower was awfuk barely a dribble & again being cold there over the weekend all we wanted was a nice hot good pressure shower. Disappointing & not worth the price

โ โ โ โ โ Lovely clean airy apartment with great view. Great access to playgrounds + marine parade attractions. Parking, pool and spa bath lovely extras. Friendly helpful staff and very reasonable price. Hope to be back ?
