★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't consider staying here again, the cleaning is not done to a good standard , hair still in the shower plugs, floors are not very clean , our room wasn't even vacuumed, and the Asians that live there can hardly speak any english.
Working girl in one room with guys coming and goung repeatedly during our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for 5 nights in May 2016. The room was spacious, clean, and fresh. Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Located opposite the estuary and close to Westshore beach, provides good walking and interest. 5 mins drive from Napier CBD and shopping areas. Will definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally pitiful: half the power points didn't work, hot with poor ventilation and an inadequate fan that's supposed to keep two rooms cool. Semen on the couch, with the arms of the couch dirty with mould growing. Some of the power points had green mould in them. The toilet pipe was leaking, the toilet paper was so cheap and nasty and there was only one roll. The sponges in the kitchen were already used (thus full of bacteria) and were clearly cut in half/quarters to obviously save money (even though one packet costs like $1). WiFi was absolute garbage, as it kept dropping out and was horrendously slow. Way too close to the highway, very noisy and no where near town. Totally false advertisement, with no 'lake-side' view. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Fridge doesn't even keep perishables cold. All in all, would rather sleep in a tent in the rain than pay my hard earned money on this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped here for 1 night while visiting Napier. We were greeted by the friendly staff and shown to our self contained unit. We were also given complimentary fresh milk. The unit was bright and roomy with everything you need. Parking was free and in front of your unit. Free laundry facilities too. Very happy with this motel. Highly recommend.
