The rudest, most sour and bitter women at the reception. They should not be in charge of greeting patients and guests. Or be the face of any public place. Or work with people in general.
Going to take it further and lodge an official complaint, so other patients do not have to deal with the service we’ve received today.
I have only just enrolled and was wondering if I could book an appointment, to what she said: You know, you don’t have to book an appointment unless you really need one? What was her problem?...
Going to un-enrol before I even get a chance to see a doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Andrew and Michael are super kind doctors. But the rest of the doc. are so ignorant. I just checked with other doctors, shared the same exact feedback with other reviews here. The front desk ladies are NOT friendly and are NOT helpful and sympathetic at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family have been using Beachlands Medical Centre for many years, and we have nothing but positive things to say! The staff are amazing, and as someone who is regularly attending appointments, I am so grateful for my incredible Dr who never makes me feel like I'm 'just another patient'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are friendly, but the front desk staff are rude and has no empathy. The online booking system hardly ever works. It's a mission to get a booking, even just for a referral letter or prescription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If zero stars was an option I'd have chosen it. The only reason this centre still exists is there is no viable alternative option in the area. Front desk staff are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. For the good of this community either fire all the admin staff or can someone please open a new centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have always enjoyed great service from this medical centre but they truly went above and beyond yesterday. My 20 month old son had a fall and was very distressed, I rang the medical centre, within 20 mins I had a Dr on the phone, 5 mins later we were seen by a Dr and 20 mins after that we were on route to Middlemore with a referral to the emergency room. To make things more complicated we were a COVID positive household. My son had a broken arm and the care and service we received during a very distressing time was amazing. THANK YOU BEACHLANDS MEDICAL CENTRE ?
