★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr Zahoor after 2 years gap for a follow-up. I was pleasantly surprised that Dr Zahoor had read up on my medical history and asked questions to identify the root cause. He was calm and thorough in his explanation of the process. His manners put me in a calm position.
On that note, the receptionist based there was rude and yelled at me for turning up late which was totally uncalled for as a. I apologized, b. The doctor said he will still see me c. She had an incorrect contact details of mine. She was arrogant and thought she was intimidating me by saying she did email me only to be corrected with no apologies from her that it was an incorrect email. It's sad to have this kind of "brand" greeting patients. Learn to be kind.
