★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had he worst experience recently with this centre, and when talking to the practice manager about it , her attitude was " well if you don't like it, find a different service provider". I am extremely disappointed in the service we received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are always very accommodating , understanding and supportive. Dr. Chantelle and Dr. Vosloo are amazing! I feel at ease bringing my kids here as I know it will be sorted out quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Frank is absolutely amazing! He had to give us bad news,but said we can call him anytime if we need help or have queestions.He is always so patient, chatty and friendly. Reception was brilliant and squeezed me in to see dr Frank. Thank you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There used to be a time when there were sick people who would be helped. When you read about how good some doctors are and they come highly recommended.
You try to book an appointment and the minions say they no longer take any booking or take on new patients, hope dies inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor services. Rude reception staff and nurses. I got my children's vaccination done from them. Just to get it done I had to leave their vaccination cards there for almost month and a half for them to review. Then i was given appointment . The worst part is they didn't keep records of the vaccines been given to my children and were unapologetic. I had to get their vaccination done again from NIR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always preferred to see the same doc, Pieter Vosloo. However, after seeing the other docs and most recently Dr Frank Yang and previously, Dr Chantelle Khal, I would highly recommend other patients to do the same and trust that you will be treated with the same care , compassion and professionalism. From the admin team to the clinical team, they all do a fantastic job despite the added pressures brought on by covid in our health services! Thanks Team! From Sheryl, Jun & Family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked my vaccine here and watched everyone go before me including a lady who I was overhearing didn't have an appointment but was asking to be squeezed in. It's not a big deal I guess, the nurse was apologetic and these things do happen. Then when I got the vaccine, no questions were asked if I had allergies. Luckily I know what I'm allergic to and what I'm not but its just good protocol to ask especially when you're not registered at this clinic. After that I wasnt given a leaflet on the after care instructions. The whole experience was so casual, it's not right. Although its "just a jab", it's still a medical procedure.
