Firstly it was dirty. The bed was terrible and the sofa was so hard like sitting on on park bench. Bathroom was a joke and water went every where. Fire alarm went off this was not monitored by anyone the manager was finally found. Not a safe place to stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has potential but needs some tlc free wifi but doesn't work all the time, electric blankets didnt all work but thats not a must as we had a heat pump to warm room. TV signal cuts out. Table and chairs rusting and some all round repairs needed. Reception unreachable if you need help no response to calls or txt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. Rail on balcony falling off. Fire alarm went off & no where in the room was there a evacuation plan to follow. No management to be seen for about 10 mins & they didn't have a guest list with them to check guests. There were a lot of children staying & they had no idea what they were doing. For the price you pay our room was never serviced for 3 days, so no restocking of loo paper etc & never anyone in reception to get anything. Good way to save money. Would not recommend this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this isnt the best stay this time. The floor was dirty my feet were black az. The shower door didn't close properly. No outside lights working the kitchen dishes were dirty and put back wet. The kitchen cupboards and draws were falling to pieces. It was nice but very dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, got to the accomodation after a long day of travel only for them to say they are full, this is after paying in full over a month in advance. They simply said sorry it’s a technical issue with the system and there is nothing they can do, they did not offer to help in any way and refused to. We had to find our own short notice accommodation for the night. We did go stay there the next day since we had paid for it. There is no oven in the unit, only a microwave and stove, we thought that’s fine because they advertise having a BBQ, but they don’t have one after we enquired. I won’t recommend the place to anyone.

Really dirty and unkempt. Very poor facilities within the room no plug for the bath and furniture was old and totally a health Hazzard.
Door to room did not lock, outside door was completely battered and did not open or lock without force. The balcony was not any better.
Advertised as serviced apartments yet no one serviced our apartment the 3 days we were there. It was not cheap so very disappointed.
I would advise not to book this place and a call to HEALTH & Safety maybe an idea.
