★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We choose and booked our room online and received an email confirming our reservation. When we arrived we paid for and were shown to our room and the woman left. Looking around I realised it was not the room we booked but a downgraded room. I went to the office to be told they had given our room to someone who wanted it longer than we did. She actually told me that we had booked it for three days, the other person for two weeks. I was not happy but because it was late we stayed. The next day she gave us $5 cash, being the difference between the room we booked and the downgraded room. We will never stay there again.
