★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waitakiri Village is one of the more modern UC Halls of residence. Due to this it's facilities are quite nice. It is quite a long way from UC though. Especially in heavy traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple management issues surrounded by problematic tenants. Not a place to be if your having personal issues. Staff share tenants issues between themselves and other tenants. Many complaints against the village regarding multiple issues

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Management, No Cleaners, Poor Security, Maintenance ok. Ablutions services in all buildings disgusting except ensuits, Common rooms in all buildings appalling. Main Kitchen disgustingly thilthy. Dumping Grounds for Hill Morton Mental Institution. All staff need basic First Aid Skills, and be Skilled in there employed profession's All so unprofessional, Tenant confidentiality breaches, breaches of tenant contracts, Judgemental, Totally needs new Staff Period!!

Ideal location to town. Modern, warm rooms. Great showers etc
Female staff were helpful and friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice accommodation to consider for singles who may not be able to afford to rent a house or have personal issues. It is what it is. They also have New Essex House in the CBD.
