★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A shout out to the lovely young Indian lady that went out of her way to assist me with finding a pair of pants in my size Monday morning on Auckland anniversary day. The computer showed that there was one in stock, yet there was nothing on the shelves. She went over and above to go and look to find it to no avail. She then apologised and called St Luke's branch to send a pair over to the Botany store for me. I was at Sylvia park Farmer's first, and was told they do not have stock, but I wasn't offered the same service I received from Botany store. I recommend this branch as they have very helpful and polite staff eventhough they have to work on a public holiday. I did ask for her name, but I'm afraid I might pronounce or spell it wrong...I hope management in the store would know who she is to thank her personally for her outstanding customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience at Farmers Botany, the manager J**n is solving the customer issues just by lying. What the customer expected was just a honest guarantee they won't lost their money and you honestly admit that is Farmers membership has issue, that's all, you don't need to lie lie lie, that's how you lose the trust of the customers. You said you don't like to be called a liar, but have you ever realized all the time you are just lying?
And the issue he can't solve in half hour just solved by another honest/kind/smiling manager in 2 minutes in silver park store.
Farmers Botany store is never recommended, really don't like the unhappy staff there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited farmer Botany,I have purchased these products from my experience using this product for many years in Dubai, it was the best from YSL counter where there was a lady called Huda in farmer Botany mall. I was intrigued from her experience and she teach me how to try this new product as anything that claims to help tackle fine lines and wrinkles I want to try it! Who doesn’t?! Huda was very nicely to explained for me about it, I found the product to be very moisturising making my skin feel hydrated, firmer and radiant. Will be looking forward to continuing the use of those product to banish those fine lines and wrinkles with help from deep cleaning top secret, night serum and hydra bounce lotion.Amazing super soft texture and fresh scent. thank you so mush beautiful Lady Huda I hope all retail sales like her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I returned an item due to quality issues. The store manager was then called to authorize the transaction. After choosing a new item he disputed whether it was a quality issue. His sarcasm and and talking down to me as a customer was not appreciated. This person has no idea how to talk to customers. I now understand why the staff is always so unfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service at Farmers Botany, was purchasing a jacket that was on special with the Farmers card but I hadn't realized it was for cardholders only. The lovely staff not only let me know when I went to purchase but helped me register for a card and still gave me the discount. Would definitely shop there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is ok. They are doing renovations inside. The lady staff(tall and Asian)who is working at the home section is awful. Her attitude is terrible and very rude. She didn’t know how to serve and handle the problem. She raised the her voice and expressed the her feeling in voice and face. It was the terrible and very unpleasant experience with the staff. I do not recommend at all.
