She then went out of her way to have it delivered all the way to tekuiti at no extra cost and has continued to be in contact with me via the whole process. Amazing lady. Thankyou so much

Terrible service they argue with you when they said they told you something when they never did. The product on the shop floor is different to what you receive. Read the terms and conditions on the website before buying because the shop assisantants do not tell you the terms and conditions even though they argue they did instead off admiting fault they blame customer. Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very good experience with Donna and her team at Beds 4U Matamata. They didn't have the bed we wanted at the store but we were assured they would get one to us before Christmas (grandkids visiting.. left it a bit late!)
The bed was duly delivered to our door.. two days earlier than predicted.
We are delighted with the beds .. and the service was friendly and excellent.
