About Ben's Movers Limited
It is because of this risk that at the start of each move, all customers must sign a Carriers Act waver that basically states that we do the best we can when moving furniture, but everything is moved at the Owners’ risk, unless insurance has been taken for the move. This includes damages that may occur to internal or external fittings, windows, floors, doors, and wall coverings at either location of the move. There is NO COMPENSATION if the goods are lost or damaged unless damage has been done intentionally.
Payment for the move is to be made with cash, EFTPOS or credit card upon completion of the move. Invoicing is only accepted by prior arrangement and incurs an admin fee of $35 + GST. Please note that you will be liable for debt collection costs and/or legal costs if not paid within 28 days from the date of the initial invoice.

β β β β β Ben and the team were so nice, respectful, and quick to communicate with. Didn't break or bash anything around. They were easy to shift dates with when I realized our resettlement date would be pushed back at very short notice. The team had very good communication with each other and clearly worked well together which made me feel confident and was really a joy to watch. They asked me where I wanted all my boxes put and asked me at the end if there was anything I had second thoughts about and wanted moved before they left. They do the payment right at the end with a portable eftpos machine which makes it really easy.

β β β β β The reviews on this company are high and they are completely and utterly EARNED. Ben and his team are exceptional. When having someone move all your precious belongings it can be anxiety inducing, however Ben and his guys are all so friendly that I completely trust that theyβre taking good care of everything. I also cannot believe the how cheap their service is when other movers will take not as much care and charge 3 times the price!! Ka Pai!!

β β β β β I donβt think I could put into words how excellent Benβs Movers is! They were exceptional right from the original booking with their office manager Krinessa, to the actual move with Ben and team. They arrived, explained everything to us and moved our bits with absolute care, precision, experience, and skill. Being Wellington the access to both flats was somewhat precarious but they moved things without complaint and even hoisted our couch over the balcony when it wouldnβt fit in the door! We were the last job of their very busy day, but they were no less hard working, quick and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them especially if you want a moving company that is trustworthy, highly skilled, and competitively priced. Thanks guys, you did an awesome job!

β β β β β I had a fabulous crew for my move on Friday. The guys were so friendly, helpful and professional. They lugged heavy items out to the skip bin for me, as well as packing my gear and fragile items impeccably. They were willing to work around my chaos an followed directions on what was to be packed and what wasn't to the letter. They did the whole job, including unexpected extras with a smile and in record time of just a couple of hours. Highly recommend, thanks guys.

β β β β β The team were great - responsive and helpful from the first email I sent through to moving day. It was absolutely pouring with rain and the team were very good humoured and really helped keep us confident and relaxed. We also lived in a place with terrible access which didn't phase them at all, they were really positive and helpful, and the move was done efficiently and keeping everything as dry as possible, and really looked after the furniture well while moving it.
Would definitely use them again, and recommend anyone else to use them for moving. Really nice team and great value for money.
