It was after hours when we put our order through online, and messaged them first - because we couldn't find the right colour orchid plant. Vanessa promptly replied and assisted us with finding the right colour. Our order was placed online the very next day, it was delivered to our daughter's work place.

Best of the Bunch were just second to none is how efficiently, clearly they worked with me. I think I had the most beautiful flowers on my wedding day, really wonderful group to deal with, the bouquets, the table arrangements were absolutely on point and fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed flowers for a presentation in Wellington on Wednesday afternoon. I went through the process on Tuesday, but uploaded my business address in Tauranga as delivery address. When I told Steve about it on Wednesday morning, he saw the issue immediately and jumped straight to it - flowers from his own stock, into his own vehicle, out to the airport to deliver to a conference room there. That was way over the extra mile. Customer service at a level that we don't see often these days. I was delighted to have flowers to present in spite of my own mistake. It is not possible to recommend this team any higher than what I have experienced of them. Thank you Best of the Bunch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a bouquet of roses with some other shop but on my anniversary day they stated that they are sorry but couldn’t find any even after me confirming with them a day before.
I called Steve from best of the bunch and he was fabulous. He was so friendly and also was very prompt in responding. He did not have roses but went above and beyond to find the roses and he actually did it. Steve found a bouquet of roses and made it happen on the day of my anniversary. I’m going to book all bouquets or flowers from him from now on and recommend everyone as he is super quick and great service. I also wanted it to deliver in the afternoon and he made sure it gets delivered before time. Every small detail was taken care of and I can’t thank him enough. You deserve a “WOW”. You just made our day and most importantly by wife was so happy.
