I thought about giving them 3 stars but I would actually eat at somewhere with 3 stars again. I've never enjoyed the food here.
Staff are lovely though and alone are enough to pull Better Burger up to 2 stars.
Want my advice? Chat with the staff, get a better burger somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting .. utter disgrace of a meal or what ever it was pretending to be.. meat patties uncooked and raw inside both double cheese burgers and .. hahahaa the chicken burger was charcoal black and paper thin no teeth other than a hyena could get through it.. all delivered by Uber so the soggy fries were also totally cold... I ate half out of despair and the cost of $70 threw the rest away and still feel nausea even thinking about the meal... what a shower of the proverbial!!! Whatever evil little slob of a critter that prepared this needs a wake up call and that it ' stay away from food prep of any sort'... Karma will visit... that I have no doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite possibly the worst burger I have ever had (which is disappointing as I usually love better burger). I ordered takeaway burgers during level 3 lockdown. Firstly, the mushroom patty tasted like it had been sitting there all day. There was lack of fillings (one very sad looking piece of lettuce and a couple of pieces of soft red onion). Secondly, they forgot the fries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and speedy service! The self-service kiosk is a great facility to use if you're not new to the franchise. Featured is the small cheeseburger. I haven't had the mushroom burger in a long time so I think I'll be popping by real soon to see if it is still as good as I remember it. I'd be real excited if they had a fish burger on the menu - panko crumbed would be amazing for that crunch! Shakes are also one of my favourites. Sometimes the fries can be a tad too salty so I tend to douse them in the tomatoe sauce that's on tap.
