★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so disgusted byone particular worker there, older lady short hair. I had called and queried about using a card. When I got there I checked with the lady who was not helpful at all by not answering, I asked again and she was so dismissive towards me. New Zealand is popular for bullying people weither it be the customer or the work place...surely pharmacy staff know they deal with fragile people. Not her, she was so rude laughed in my face.. considering mental health today this is by far the most disgusting experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic and kind service, kudos especially to Thursday night staff! The brown haired woman and guy with the glasses are super lovely. Thought I'd leave a good review for generally great service! Plus the hours of this place are really good. You can top up your hop card here too. If chemist warehouse is closed, this is a great option. Also very fast.

Helpful, professional, welcoming service, and many times, staff have taken on tasks ‘over and above’ to ensure smooth running of my many prescriptions! I cannot thank them enough!!!
