★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with service at whangarei. Drove from mangawhai to buy tub chair and blonde girl said we could not buy it as they had to order it in and it would be 10 days wait! I explained the travel inconvenience to come back and she said no we couldn't buy it because they needed it for other customers to look at! That was that. No sale. Buy from somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really loved finding someone local that stocked a great range of NZ made furniture. We purchased a couch and got quoted a six week turn around for delivery. After the estimated delivery date passed we had to call the store to find out what was happening, frustratingly they knew there had been a fabric issue that had delayed the delivery date but they failed to inform us of this - common courtesy would have been to let your customers know. A further couple weeks passed and they failed to give us any information regarding the new delivery date. We then received a voicemail letting us know the couch would arrive within the next couple of days. We called on the Friday to confirm it had arrived and got informed that it had. We went to collect the following day only to be told by the warehouse assistant the couch wasn’t there.... after the sales assistant had already spoken to us and sent us to the warehouse to collect it 5 minutes earlier! We left with no couch and no idea where it was. You appeared to have no real empathy for the fact it hadn’t arrived yet. Yes, that wasn’t your fault but telling us it had arrived when it hadn’t showed a real lack of training and management in your store. Thankfully it finally arrived the following week but we wouldn’t choose to buy from this store again, simply because there communication and customer service left a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there were no star, I would take that. DON'T GO THIS STORE. TOTALLY WASTE OF YOUR TIME. At time of payment they said 2 weeks delivery. Long history after this with no response or sooooo late response. Got a funny solution for my complaint (pay extra $400 for buying more expensive one?) only after my refund request mail. Even they said they'll send the refund request form right away but they didn't!!!!! What a ridiculous store ever!
