★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were passing through Kapiti when I noticed my wifes e bike back wheel was loose. Were recommended to take to Biking Mad. Andrew went out of his way to help us & pulled the hub apart & repaired. He didnt charge much at all. We are very grateful for his help & highly recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told my son, who was buying a new combination bike lock (to replace an old one that the code had been lost for) that he should, “Stop looking at your phone all the time and you might remember your code.”
Umm, what? Who are you guys? Social commentators or retailers?
It really weirded him out. Comments like that are not ‘funny’ they’re plain rude especially young people on their own. I bet you wouldn’t have said that to my face, but you felt free to dis my son off hand :(
Tip: keep your trolling comments to private online forums, not to your customers faces!
Promise: We won’t be back…. (But will be sharing his experience with local friends.)
