β β β β β Bought a hot chocolate and mochaccino coffee. Both of them were well below average. The hot chocolate was very weak and the mocha was the same. Not ideal when you're paying $10. Watery and very poor. Sorry, I don't like giving negative feedback but you won't be aware of it and able to improve unless you get some constructive criticism. Thanks... Stevo

β β β β β Wow! What an experience eating at Black & White Coffee Cartel Queenstown was. Firstly, the food was simply delicious (Iβm still craving cheese rolls!). There is a great selection of cabinet and freshly cooked food available all with gluten-free and vegetarian options. The pancakes are a must try for all ages ?.
Secondly, the service and atmosphere was terrific. The outdoor seating area provides amazing views of the surrounding landscape allowing you to truly relax and unwind. Inside, there is a great selection of tables for groups, couples or individuals β the perfect place to meet friends or hold a meeting.
Whether youβre in Queenstown for a few hours or a few days, make sure you stop by. You wonβt regret it.

β β β β β Not friendly at all, very disappointed. The couldnβt-care-less barista was happy to have a chat with the locals and checked on everyone except me. She brought my drink, set it on the table, and said nothing - not even a smile. I felt like I didnβt belong and was very uncomfortable. This is my second time to Queenstown and I will be searching out a new cafe when I return. The tea was good and cleverly served, hence, the 1 star.

β β β β β Fantastic, friendly and accommodating service from all staff, especially the Barista. Wife gave the coffee a big tick, which is unusual so it must've been good. They obviously pay attention to selecting good quality ingredients in their fresh food, but keep it at a reasonable price. Quick service. Highly recommend.

β β β β β Ice mocha was well done, and we enjoyed the peach tea as well. Friendly service with plenty of parking.

β β β β β Simply the best "Eggs Benny with Bacon" I've ever had. Deluxe!
Superb coffee... complex in flavour and low acid. After an enjoyable chat with the on-site roaster I learnt more about the roasting process and taste differences which result. I was able to add half the sugar I normally would, without noticing any bitterness.
Pity that I live an 8 hour flight away!

β β β β β Best coffee in all of Queenstown hands down. Impressive House blend (Brazilian and Honduras) well balanced and sweet. Tastes well as a long back, espresso and with milk. Staff are friendly and very informative. Strong focus on locally sourced produce. Will be back. Ps donβt bother with other places. This is the best youβll get and is worth travelling to. Thanks guys.
