★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished eating here (4.5.22) bought a couple crispy chicken burgers and the pulled pork loaded fries and they were delicious!!! The guy behind the counter was so friendly.
I can’t believe others have had bad experiences, I’ve been here a couple times and the service has been great. Highly recommend!

2ND time ordering burger at this store, 2nd time I have been disappointed. Service is poor you are not acknowledged, seems to be no counter service. The menu is difficult to navigate $6,99 to make it a combo
Wagyu burger pattie in pieces chips limp cold and pale. The pattie was in four pieces (not sure it was the right order I received) dry meat dry bun.
The Chips were rubbery and watched the cook put pre fried chips into the fryer for 2mins.
Last purchase was much the same, burger was disappointing and chips were refried...
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BURGER SPACE. DON'T waste your money, go to the horrible McDonald's across the ROAD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good burgers for the price point, pulled pork was very juicy and full on flavour. The bun could have been left in the steamer a little longer however.
Onion rings fried well and in clean oil.
Wait time was pretty standard for what you'd expect of a joint in a busy food court.
Will definitely come back to work my way through the menu and give myself a burger fueled heart attack.
Ignore the one star reviews. If you complain about a 20 minute wait time then have a go at the service staff whose response is quite literally the truth, you need to get your brain checked.

The young girl at the counter warned me there would be a wee wait as it was a very busy Sunday and I could see she was trying her best, so I appreciated the heads up (a lot of other places wouldn't say that) It was well worth the wait, very yummy! I would absolutely recommend! Let’s have a bit more patience for people making our food aye… especially on a busy Sunday
