The manager acted extremely rude and didn’t allow me to use a FREE BURGER voucher because I was already purchasing a meal. He had no empathy and preferred to lose the client.
I got the voucher in the first place because the service there was TERRIBLE last time I ordered. All customers was getting one voucher.
I went to the Albany branch and they found a solution for me to use the voucher very easily.
I love BurgerFuel but I never go back to Windsor Park. Terrible branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not available offline order but online and call. I asked the staff if he could make even shake or fries then he said no. Then call the store and the staff said he could take an order in five minutes. Ashamed that the staff in store didn't explain but said no order. If he said I could make an order online instead I would do in a car and pick it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and great food! Came in last night and the staff were very happy working away. The manager was very helpful with my customizations and recommended Bacon on the Muscle burger. What a great decision it was so yummmm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always love the service here but the last 3 visits have been getting worse. Tonight capped it off. I waited at the window for my call and 3 young employees all saw me at individual times and ignored me until I asked. Missing an order of fries aswell as the 2 undercooked portions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with our meal tonight the chips weren’t full to the top it wasn’t even half full which is upsetting cause we love the chips and my partner got the ford freakout burger it only had half a rasher of bacon in it which is very pathetic. NOT HAPPY!! Seems like the staff there don’t care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always busy and vibrant. An incredibly hard working and personable crew. Despite there is sometimes a queue out the door, staff remain courteous and professional. The food is excellent; well prepared and generously portioned. Their signature aioli is divine. Been back several times, and the food is consistently good.
