β β β β β Amazing service, such friendly staff. Makes the daunting task of getting a vehicle onto a ferry seem easy for first timers. Good food, and rooms available.

β β β β β Are bluebridge ferries ever on time? Asking as I took the ferries 3 times in the last year and each time it has at least 45min delay. If it's always late isn't it better to be honest about sailing time upfront?

β β β β β Our campervan broke down in the line to borad. The staff were very friendly and helpful giving four different goes at getting it started. While it didn't start and they had to sail, it was no stress to book us into the next sailing.

β β β β β Very good service on this ferry, the coffee is very tasty. They had a good range of food for everyone, the views of the Marlborough sounds is breath taking. Would recommend just getting a coffee and sitting on the viewing deck for the whole trip

β β β β β We've given them a few chances but every trip we've booked with bluebridge has been delayed several hours or canceled, and the last time it was canceled they could not offer us another passage for an entire week. We had to sort our own return flights back home (at large expense) to then return and get the ferry again with our vehicle a week later. No apologies, no compensation, nothing. Have also found being onboard very crowded with not enough space to comfortably distance from anyone else, and with average staff and food service. Not going to travel with bluebridge again.

β β β β β Good value and food is pretty good. Check out a cabin as an option to have some space to stretch out.

β β β β β Always love travelling bluebridge the staff are super friendly and the food is great. Travelling with young kids we will try and get a cabin if they have sold out the is plenty to do in the main ship. I just wish more people were considerate of others and not take up 3/4 seats for 1 person lying down. I get it you got there βfirstβ but your ticket doesnβt buy you a row of seats to lie down on, you wouldnβt do it on a plane so why the ferry. Especially when itβs busy and people are wondering round trying to find somewhere to sit.
