★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had good experiences when have made it onto the ferry but please keep in mind before booking that you may be kicked off within the week if they would rather ship freight. Absolutely heartbroken to have to cancel our trip north for a wedding as there were no other ferries available within the week. Customer service even had the audacity to tell me that Ferries tend to book out a fortnight prior, almost like I didn't realise and didn't already have a booking...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great must do for every New Zealander. The ship is clean and tidy and the crew were lovely. Our trip was delayed so they compensated us all with a free meal which was very welcomed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interislander both locations I have been serviced. Today (01/May/2022) morning it was a bit late than the given timing of final check in which supposed to be 5.30am. But sailing did not get late. They are doing well.
