Long queue outside in the cold wind and 2 people working only allowing one person in the store. Joking, laughing, not caring about anything on the street.

β β β β β Netgard card is bad idea. Worst bank security method. You loose the visa and netgard card, you loose everything. They can login to internet banking with netgard card easy. But, if you not bring your netgard card, which means you can only login with your phone which already setup. You can not log in from another device and computer for the account when your phone not with you. Bad idea

β β β β β Iβm never disappointed with BNZ and their customer service. The negative reviews you see below are a year ago and this branch has stepped up their game. I was served by a staff named TK and he had excellent customer service. He listened to my needs and also helped me understand my questions. Give them another go. The new team staff is a game changer

β β β β β I was fortunate to be dealing with Bella from this Branch in Onehunga whilst being based here in England. I found her help and patience in assisting me access an account I have with your bank at arms length immeasurable. I only wish the staff in the Bank I deal with here in England were as efficient. A big thanks indeed to Bella.

β β β β β Poor service with no understanding of customer needs. Needed to withdraw $300 had ID and bank account but had no cashflow card. After arguing with an unhelpful staff member who took offence in me not wanting a cash flow card, they finally agreed to do a manual withdrawal. Staff took 10 mins to do a simple withdrawal while I was the only customer in there. Best take your banking elsewhere, already shopping for another bank that wants our mortgage.
