β β β β β Iβve been on hold for 20 minutes. Sitting in the car. Full reception. Operator answers, asks me my claim number. Hangs up on me and doesnβt ring back. This is after AMI writes off my car without telling me. Absolutely disgusting. I have a job and work to do, and now Iβm told itβs another 20 minute wait. Disgusting for a supposed top brand. Is this how you treat loyal customers of over 28 years?????
