★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in at 11.30pm to get some ice-cream and can't thank this lady enough who was so kind to take (almost) every type of ice cream from the fridge to show us from the glass (doors aren't open at night) so that we can pick. Legit made my day!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After working a 13h shift in a highly stressful environment today, I returned to my car to find an empty tank. I had no choice but to stop and refuel before heading home. I was close to the BP on Moorhouse so I thought I would try it out. Anyway, I wish I hadn't bothered!
I was understandably exhausted and considerably slower on the uptake than I would have been at the beginning of my day but that certainly did not warrant the rude manner in which I was spoken to by the attendant whose body language signalled she did not want to be at work and I was holding her up! Her rudeness did not fall on deaf ears, I was not impressed and I will be avoiding using BP service stations for the foreseeable future.

Not my usual BP station (Moorehouse Ave. CHC) Numerous posters around all regarding hygiene but unfortunately the grime on top of the urinal has been overlooked for weeks, if not months. Come on guys, spray some disinfectant and wipe it please. Cheers from the general public.

You need to either hire staff who care about their customers or train them cause after literally asking 5 times and having to yell at them after they knew I was talking to them that's bloody ridiculous. Great way to start the morning.....not!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre paid using mobile app. Speaker came on and said to go into shop. Checked mobile and payment had been done already and receipt given etc. Odd. Petrol pump worked fine however. I do like the new touch screens at this branch. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best BP fuel stops I have seen. Full station. That in the sense, offer 91, 95,98 petrol and Diesel, free air (fill tyres), a car wash, a mini supermarket and a Wild Bean Cafe. Inside you have got an ANZ ATM. They have seating inside to enjoy ur coffee or snack/food. They have got phone charger cables too. Customer toilets available. This comes one of the best to me. But, if the customer service is a bit improved, it would have been a much better store. The ratings overall by all sits low (around 3 stars), should be a concern.
