★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service!! id give them zero stars but unfortunatey have to put something. Worst experience, buying a dress for your big day is meant to be exciting and fun....it was the total oppisite. got kicked out after trying on a few dresses because other people were waiting, we got there first i might add and It does not take half a hour to choose a dress. We were told to come back in a hour....we did only to wait 45 mins when we were told we would be seen then. We were rushed out once again. The lady is so bloody rude and clearly is in the wrong job. She was yelling at my mum to do this and that and she got yeld at for handing me a dress! i was so disappointed and we left feeling awful... we bought a dress and got the hell out. No wonder they are closing down... if your looking for a nice experience definately dont go here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst service ever. A foreign woman, maybe Russian, told my fiance that she wouldn't fit into any of the dresses and continually asked why we were looking in their shop. My fiance is a size 12, nothing out of the ordinary. This is a disgusting attitude to have in retail and likely why this shop is closing. I hope the owner reads this and becomes aware of the terrible service her employee has been giving. The joke ends up being on you as we went to another bridal store and happily spent a few thousand on a dress my fiance loved. The service was excellent and the attendee helpful. The cheap prices here are not worth the terrible service. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I came in late last week, super excited to start her wedding dress shopping. Supposed to be a wonderfully exciting time in her life - this was immediately ruined by the staff. Perhaps we didn't look up to their "standard"? Likely the reason they're closing down. We were immediately scorned and looked up and down with disapproval. No help was offered. Although it was 2PM (it closes at 5PM), my friend was only allowed to browse as there was "no time" to try on the potential dress for her wedding day. I am absolutely disgusted. Not only did this ruin her day, but also the excitement around wedding dress shopping. I bit my tongue and walked out. Some people need to learn kindness. Probably Trump supporters. Would explain a lot.
