★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at the Queensgate store was not the greatest. I had gone in on Sunday 2nd Feb 2020 at 2pm and when I entered the store there was only one customer service person serving on the till. I needed some help with selecting a bra and she was not able to help me so I waited around only to find out that there was another customer service lady in store however she was in the back room and she did not come out and help. The store was busy as one would assume it to be being a Sunday. I walked out of the store after waiting for half an hour. Very disappointed.

Often stores like this make shoppers feel a bit awkward, but she was so upbeat and relaxed, but also professional and knowledgeable without being too "in your face!"
