Customer service was terrible when we called them back to explain .. excuse after excuse and that he didn't see any splits or leaks that he thought was bad enough to let us know. Poor experience and absolutely guttered

I booked an appointment for wheel alignment and I wanted to do some more works like wheel rotation and balancing but they were not willing to do that when I reached there. And their attitude was really rude. And they spoiled my day. I will never suggest this branch.

I went back because of the highest level of service I received last time I was there.
My dashboard was saying "Brake Linings" need attention, "Rear Fog lights need attention"
My Warrant of Fitness was out and I had put off going through a long queue at a testing station until I remembered the outstanding service I had received from Patrick and the team at Bridgestone Rangitikei Street.
Seriously, if you are putting off the inevitable just go see these guys.
I’m so grateful because they went way beyond my level of expectation.
