★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought fish oil for 24$ and then next day bought the same item from warehouse chemist for 17$. Ripped off 7$ per box. Price match and refund request both were refused. Just wondering if there is governing authority looking after such issues. Very poor experience.

Prompt replies to emails plus telephone manner is always friendly and courteous.
Prices are mostly competitive but do your homework first.
On a recent occasion as I waited after a vaccination, I could hear the friendly exchange between staff and customers...must say, it was a delight to overhear; some were elderly and had obviously been visiting the pharmacy for years.
Seema, the pharmacist was lovely, despite her busy dispensing role.
I have added another star as a result of this encounter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really frustrate by the price match experience and loyalty card. Totally ruined a pleasant shopping experience. If price match doesn't count towards the loyalty point, make it clear on your sign.
I went in for an item that's just one dollar more than an online shop. So I was happy to pay that so I can get it now. Great chat with the assistant and saw the price match sign, so I asked about it. While waiting for someone to do the price match, she signed me up for the loyalty card. All good.
Then come the manager lady, probably. Very reluctant to do the price match. While the assistant checking the price online, she starts saying that they need to have prove as people would lie about these kind of things. Seriously? Fine to check as I have already show them the website, that was one step too far.
Then she says I won't get reward points if I go ahead with the price match and I am better off paying the full price. And then argues about the discount I would get when I buy more from them.
Seriously? I would have been very happy with the experience as the assistant was lovely. Sigh.. please don't offer stuff if you are not sincere. Don't offer and then take back.
I really don't care about the loyalty card nor price match. It's only a dollar. So not worth having my mood ruined by this.
