β β β β β We used to have no issue going to these vets, however we have just had two bad experiences lately where we were quoted a certain amount for some surgeries and charged more than a few hundred dollars more both times. We have multiple dogs so we use their services often and we just found this unprofessional and that we weren't being looked after as loyal clients as they don't honour their quotes. I don't think we will be using there services any longer.
