★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cost wise they were good but you get what you pay for I guess. Waited months to get laptop back (screen replacement). Supply issues apparently. I was getting worried as I looked further into the reviews and saw a lot of fake positive reviews. Screen doesn't quite fit but it was the best they could do apparently. Comms were non-existent even when they ordered the wrong part initially, didn't know until I went in to check. But it works and it was cheap so 2 stars is fair. Would've been 3 without the delay or one of the other issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst part about this business is the Owner Zafar Arain who has probably spent copious hours of his life to make fake accounts to write good reviews for his business. All of this energy that has been put into doing this could be spent learning how to run a business effectively by putting the customer first, being ethical, having quality of workmanship - instead he is cunning arrogant and rude conman. Please do not spend your precious hard earned money here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, lacked professional knowledge around fixing my phone.
After working on my phone to fix charging port to my iPhone X the phone suffered a fault whilst in their care of automatically turning off every few minutes. They had know idea how to fix and lacked interest as well as making me feel the problem was mine. I insisted on refund and return of phone which now was useless to me.
Took to another repair shop 50 Mtrs down the road, phone fixed within an hour, they knew what the issue was and what the other repair shop obviously didn’t know.
Suggest going elsewhere, everything here was incredible bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst store i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The customer service was beyond terrible. I booked my laptop in for repair on the charge port. They quoted the job, then once had the laptop apart decided to ring me and nearly double the price. They then didn't call me to say it was completed. When i turned up to find out what was going on a week later my laptop was on the counter with the back off. They told me the battery was broken and i would need to pay for a new one, unknown to them had done a battery check the week before i dropped it off. After a lot of waiting and arguing the man who does the repairs clipped the battery cable back into its port and it magically worked again, surprise, surprise i didn't need a new battery. To finish it all off once i go home i realized all the screws in the back had been but into the wrong places causing the front of the case to have dents from their incompatibilities. This place should be called Con-Fix, these guys are con artist's. I'm sure this will be followed by some sort of threat or claiming this to be a fake review like other have received but i can assure you this is not. Please anyone thinking about using these guys do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The price might sound good at first but trust me they will get you somewhere along the line. Funny how most of the positive reviews are from fake accounts. I will be sure to post this review on the 4+ google pages this 1 store has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a bit disappointed to some mobile shop at Hamilton. I paid twice for screen replacement. Then my mobile, cannot charge all of a sudden, it is unrelated issue with my screen replacement. I tried in two mobile shop both cannot. Luckily one of my friend suggest me to go to Budget. Amazingly, in 20 minute they fixed it. I learned a lesson, always go to the right place. Go to Budget if you like to repair mobile or Laptop. The reason is they are expert, professional, who knows the detail. I need to mention the downside, it is expensive ( for example for my mobile two minute replacement, I paid a total of 80 dollars but it worth, it helps me to save my time).
