★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would NOT recommend this place , dropped my ipad off on sunday (said they would have it fixed and ready for pick up on Monday) when to pick it up late afternoon Monday and it wasn't fixed, the lady had said to me she was waiting for the technician to fix it and wasnt to sure when it was going to be fixed and said that it might take up to 1 or 2 more day!!! So unprofessional they had my phone number could have had the courtesy to call me and let me know what was happening instead of wasting my time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a new screen in iPhone and within weeks it cracked in the corner. took it back and they blamed it on damage on corner which was already there from the first fix. We paid another $200 and they fixed it a second time, within a few weeks the whole front fell off. We took it back 3rd time and they wanted a further $300, which would be $700 by now. In addition apps would not work because the screen they use is not comparable. Had another iPhone screen fixed at same time and ever since we got it fixed we can’t talk on the phone unless on its on speaker. I don’t think these people know what they’re doing.

It shouldn’t be the kind of store you want to be visiting locally, but I have a ridiculous amount of technology ‘issues’
Every time FAST FIX has been great!
I can not wait until Hamilton next moves out of level three, as both my iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 are playing up AGAIN and are currently unable to be used.This is not the kind of problem you would be wanting to encounter during lockdown - It sucks actually.
I would give FAST FIX a 9/10 (if I were to give it a rating)
I recommend.

These guys ruined my phone with faulty parts before it completely stopped working all together, then they wouldn't even give me a full refund!
Know what you are getting yourself into, these people are not certified to fix Apple products and have no business doing so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went this shop for repairing my mobile screen. They replaced it in a week it cracked I went again replaced it again. I got a new unrelated problem, charging issue. They tried their best to fix but could not. What I would say, the guy who works there is friendly , he tries his best to help, excellent in managing the customers. My simple recommendation is if the problem is not big like screen replacement etc fast fix is better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast Fix... but is it reliable?
I went to fix my phone screen exactly a week ago and I was surprised that it was so fast. I ask the gentlemen who helped me is the screen secure and the assured me that it was secured.
I was doubtful but since the shop is called Fast Fix, it is living up to their reputation.
Sadly, quick fix might also mean unreliable... And I fall into that category. My protection screen drop this morning. My advise for those who wants to fix their phones, make sure you get some forms of gaurantee or warranty from the shop.
