This BK needs to be shut down or have better food hygiene standard!

It was nearing 11 am and was behind a car which took some time to order. One of the staff came and changed the board as it was 11 am. Requested that I order a breakfast meal as I was already in queue, was told “No” When I went to the window to collect my order which was not what I wanted to order- spoke to the Manager (Ravi) who did not even listen to what I had to say and just went way. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, definitely need some training.
Found it very rude, would not like to visit there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge improvement in food quality. Salad burgers are some of the best hands down. Freshly cooked onion rings just the right amount of everything. Three perfect times ina row. Keep it up guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a milkshake and after the transaction went through she told me there was no milkshakes to be made, i then bought a drink which took a long amount of time, and the drink dispenser was disgusting, spilt drinks and wrappers everywhere, this bk is by far the worst bk I have ever been to. Especially when it comes to customer service and hygiene. I don’t recommend coming here to eat anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burger was cold and poorly assembled. The staff were rude, even when I said thank you after they had pretty much thrown the bag at me the staff still didn't even talk. Rude rude lady.thursday lunchtime...will never go back there worst food and service from any BK ever and lets face it the food varies from place to place and so does the customer service from BK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've walked out of this establishment before due to lack of service, leaving a potential customer standing at the counter without even acknowledging that they are there is completely unacceptable.
This almost happened again today however just before the 3min mark an extremely unhappy looking lady took my order, zero pleasantries and no acknowledgement of the wait.
I won't bother returning and tbh may disregard the whole franchise going forward as their corporate direction is straying far from it's origins as the home of the flame grilled whopper instead now pampering to the non meat eaters amongst us...
Farewell BK, you've fallen so far...
