★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this store with my family 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Every time I ask for black pepper satches -they say they don't have any. We like black pepper on our chips and burgers. Spoke to a female staff member when we went last on Friday , she was most unhelpful said the manager was Sahil and he was not around!!! Very disappointing seeing that we visit this food chain very regularly!! Mc Donald's in the Botany Mall

Who: female staff in light gray jackets, no glasses, light blue mask, packing drinks and food in bag
(Please don't get mixed up with another courteous staff who was wearing DARK greu jacket.)
Where: Behind counter, McDonald's Botany, grouns floor
What: Yelled and snapped at me
When: 23/04/22, 14:10 (2:10pm)
How: Offensive tone and loud voice
Why: I requested a cup holder politely
What is the penalty for abuaing customers,
Is it DISMISSAL, demotion, monetary fine, suspension or other? Managers please take action as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wrost mcDonalds, ordered large fries and 2 large frozen coke at 3am today and was very dissaponted about what i got, waitress was like she was working for her first time, ordered Large drinks came back with the small ones and told us to go without giving straws . The large fries weren’t even half filled and the drinks as well.
