★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this Pita Pit firstly the owners also have the Manukau PP. Both stores are immaculately clean, the owners and the staff are extremely friendly. The Botany Hub is our favourite as the girls make the BEST smoothies. Keep up the great work. xx L

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pita i ordered was 1 side toasted(can't even call it warm) 1 side cold, bread was all soggy had to eat like a salad because every thing fall out! Staff talking to eachother while making online order wonder without wearing any mask wonder if we complely forgot about covid exist???very disappointed experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest menu offered $5 drink with regular pita but charges $7. No mention of email deals or membership on menu. Teller didn't offer receipt until asked so she probably was skimming. Nice try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered food through Uber Eats. It arrived very late and stone cold (unable to be reheated). The store refused to accept any responsibility as did Uber eats both putting it back on each other. The store also said that if the order came 3 hours late it wasn’t anything to do with them and under no circumstances would they remake the food or reimburse you for it. Really disappointed as their food used to be good.

Ingredients look fresh, healthy and taste real good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a chicken/falafel wrap instead of my usual falafel and after taking 2 bites I realised the chicken was not cooked properly. Got very sick for the rest of the weekend. Please check if chicken is properly cooked wouldn’t want this to happen to other people.
