★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had food from here twice now and both times the chicken tasted like cigarette smoke. Today the lady who took my order was awful, terrible customer service between not getting my simple instructions like a large combo and a regular combo, then forgetting to put potato and gravy in the bag, and soggy fries honestly I'd go back and get my money back but actually going back to the restaurant would be more damaging to me than losing my money.... Terrible terrible effort

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like sitting in your car come here as the queue times get ridiculous 45mins +. Floor at the prep station covered in chips, stuff everywhere no pride in the work space. Intercom box busted so sounds cruddy and seems they can't hear you, no working screen to check the order is right. Chicken was good as always but chips were under/not seasoned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So useless, no greeting, sound dead, we always have to double check our orders. Years back they had Great service miss those ladies who use to work here. Just the staff need more training tbh. Serve your customers the way you want to be served and treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking outcome with food, wasn't what I ordered, looked like they were getting rid of leftover pieces. There were no options to request any utensils and way over priced for the meal I had received, not worth ordering from botany branch, this is not the first time it's happened, this is however the first time I've left a review. with hopes of them becoming better in service and delivery they sure have a long way to go...well at least my dog ate. Thumbs down for botany kfc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru is usually pretty slow, the queue is often long and takes a long time to progress. Most of the time I’ve been there our orders have been served up wrong. In saying that I know the staff are just doing their best, and the food is usually fresh and yummy. Not the best KFC in Auckland but not the worst either ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one deserves a low star, obviously other people who left reviews were not happy as it has 3 star from 1k+ reviews. The burger that I got was cold and lettuce was everywhere when I opened the burger. No napkin in the box too. I asked myself is this burger really worth the money?! Definitely not!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently rubbish service. I don't know why they have displayed time of trading hours until 10pm. Yesterday they didn't let me in at 9.40 even though I placed order via app. Had to wait 30 minutes in drive thru to get my order. No way I am coming back to this branch of kfc. When I tried to talk to the guy at window. He simply replied I don't know. Kudos guys ?
