β β β β β It might just be a "BK" but the manger was very friendly and helpful which changed the experience for getting fast food. By far the best BK I've been to in the country.

β β β β β Got the order completely wrong,
Then once we rectified what was missing we headed home and once we got home we realized my burger was incorrect (they gave me a tiny version) and my partners burger was cut in half (not even cut through all the way if that was supposed to be a thing), the onion rings were ice cold and really didnβt taste great. I will not be supporting or recommending this restaurant again.

β β β β β 10:30 on a friday. waited 45 min (kms) in the drive thru line, only for the workers to shut all the lights off (lol). there were 7-8 other cars waiting behind us too.

The order was correct including changes to the standard burgers and the food was served hot - so 3-stars is a good rating for a drive through!
Had a little trouble finding the drive through part in the dark but I will take responsibility for my ineptitude!

β β β β β Place could really do with an upgrade. Greasy floors, dirty door frames in the toilets. Sub standard burger, but when I questioned it, it was replaced with a much nicer one, as per pic. Service was good. Just the state of the branch let them down.

β β β β β Ordered a combo meal and asked for a water instead of a soft drink.
Got a Cup of water, when i said I wanted a bottle I was told its pump water.
Went back, then told they had run out of water, and when you ask for water that's what they give you, duh Said no i want a bottle, then told I should have asked for a bottle,
Asked to speak to manager, told he wouldn't speak to me. So said I will wait in the drive thru. Manager came and then said it was hygiene water, I said I didn't pay for the hygiene water I paid for bottle water. It was seem to be the entertainment for the night as it took 4 staff to come and watch my with the first person.
One member of staff them started to stare at me, like she had never seen an unhappy customer, from her attitude I am guessing they are used to it
Poor service, with an attempt to rip customers off, eventually given a refund for the tap water.

β β β β β Only time i have ever reviewed a restaurant and this BK is trash! Not only or the drive thru workers useless and rude but it Takes forever to get your order and itβs either wrong or covered in flour to the point itβs inedible. Iβd give it 0 stars if possible
