★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered chicken mcmuffin combo and hotcakes combo more than one hour ago. Uber Eats driver waited at Mcdonalds for an hour. When I wanted to cancel because of the delay I was advised despite cancellation my payment will still be deducted and shown on the app that the order should arrive in the next 8 minutes. However it was delayed by over an hour. When the order arrived there was only one hash brown instead of two and it was broken and cold. Hotcakes were cold. Instead of the chicken mcmuffin, there was bacon mcmuffin. Really disappointed with this horribles service. Money was refunded when I complained on the app but its not about the money. Its about my time being wasted waiting hungry only to receive something not satisfactory. If the restaurant gives reasons such as being very busy, get more staff to provide quality and timely service.

My son had been standing at the front counter for almost 10mins never once being acknowledged by any staff member as the self service machines he'd used wasn't working. You all were busy face down packing orders, calling out order numbers and NOT ONCE did u say anything to my son. I suggest MORE TRAINING FOR ALL STAFF And here is hoping if we decide to visit this branch again the customer service skills will be alot more inviting than what we have received today! Cheers for my very watery mcafe hot chocolate BTW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here 3 separate times on 3 separate occasions, first time I sat at the drive thru speaker box waiting for at least 10 minutes for someone to take my order. There was no one else in the queue. They only acknowledged my presence when I started talking to the speaker box. The second time they took 15minutes to make 2 cups of coffee only to make the wrong coffee and start all over again. 30 mins for a cup of coffee when it's not busy is not good enough. The third time we ordered breakfast and altho they got the order right when they charged me, the bag of food was missing five items when they gave it to me. They also don't stay at the drive thru window long enough for you to tell them the order is wrong, you have to knock on the window or hold up the line and wait for them to come back before you can tell them. I usually give a place a couple of chances in case it's the odd person who made a mistake but I do not recommend this McDonalds and will not visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever ordering chicken nuggets you guys always forget the sauces. It's ridiculous how you can't put sauces in the bag. On top of that if I pay extra for sauces you forget to put that too? Train your Staff better. Be consistent in your job. Read the order and pack it as it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Their phone number is inactive or turned off.
We've had a few issues with orders here but they don't answer their phone. Our last issue was 4 December 2021 while their in store was closed. We tried calling several times but kept receiving a message that the number was not active. We called corporate the next business day but nobody has bothered to call us back.
Their sodas were coming out frothy and foamy, like they had soap in them. When we put our straws it foamed up even more. When we tried to drink it just came out a mouth full of foam. It shouldn't be this difficult to fix a simple problem. See photo...
