★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The menu is full of hidden costs (paid 16.80 instead of 13.30!). Used to be vegan friendly now they started to ride the wave of overcharging those who choose to eat ethically. Can't imagine going back anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing time at burgerfuel today. I have taken the kids when they finish school for the last few years to get lunch as a celebration. They were so excited and we had requested kids burgers with certain requirements which was repeated back to us several times by staff. When the burgers came, nothing had been altered as requested, even though staff said our order again as gave us our food. When I complained, the burgers were swiftly made correctly and other burgers placed in the bin! I get regulations but that is crazy as the order should never have been wrong in the first place and I could have taken them to my husband and colleagues working hard! Burgers are delicious though.

We travel from wellington to enjoy the best burgers they offer.
Why?
(Because they don't serve squashed un appetizing looking burgers).
Their bugers stand tall the produce is so fresh, you want to take the staff home to cook for you.
Congratulations to the owners and staff who respect quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is always good but the last few visits have been rather disappointing regarding service. Both times I placed an order for contactless pickup, the first after arriving I waited around 15 minutes longer than the predicted time indicted which in itself isn’t a big issue but I was not even acknowledged by the employee at the register and even had to watch him tend to customers that arrived after I had. The second visit I placed another contactless pick up delivery which after arriving 10 minutes after the order was meant to be ready it had not been made and I ended up having to wait around 45 minutes after the order was placed. I’d just like to note that this is was early in the day as well and I was the only customer so it cannot be put down to the kitchen being busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great option for something better than a classic drive thru. Good vegetarian, GF and vegan options and quality ingredients. Suitable to dine in or takeaway. Generally kept clean and tidy. Everything you'd hope for from Burger fuel.
