Waiting area,kind of chaotic mixed with people waiting in line to actually order.
Just looks like a clutter of workers in a small area.

What: Abusive language
Who: Woman, black skin, black hair, lean, short, in McDonald's uniform (she is a staff), no glasses, tied hair (single ponytail)
Why: She is a bully (and I only POLITELY asked where to collect my order)
How: Yelling at me, degrading me
It's my first time visiting here and I didn't know where to collect my $1 medium frozen fanta (lime+lime).
2 June 2022, afternoon
No electronic board to display orders in progress, my frozen coke had little flavour, my order took 10 minutes to arrive, people who ordered after me got thier orders first. Also some people litter on the ground and not put their dockets in the rubbish bin.

food was bad and cold and chips were half full and not hot at all it was a bad customer service experience and I had specifically asked for hot chips and they said that they were hot and fresh when they weren't at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is nice as always, However the staff are not quite smiley or friendly at all, and they didn’t give us the right order. When I opened my bag, the raspberry custard pie is missing and the chocolate sundae didn’t have the right amount of choc fudge too, which is totally disappointing. Hopefully getting our food as we had paid is not a difficult or unbearable request.

For arriving in Sylvia park food court, as they were opening, chips were sagging not hot. Burger was just thrown into it's packaging, Wrong drink was given, come on you've just opened how can you not give hot food. All this was for my 7yr old grandson. Really. And all he had was a big Mac combo. His burger was gone before his replacement chips arrived. And the court wasn't busy. Wish I had taken photos but grandson was hungry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better foodcout McDonald's in South Auckland. They are hygienic, food presentation is cleaner and the service is on time. It does get busy during the weekends in the afternoon. Finding a clean table to eat at can be hard as many of them have food and drink residue on them and on the chairs which isn't exactly McDonald's fault. Much better to take the food and eat outside or to the cinema if possible.
