The girls were lovely helping me with my glasses,which made it stress free, so I Highly Recommend Specsavers Pakuranga.Thankyou all so much.

The level of customer service and support recieved was fantastic. Daijhar made me feel at ease and provided me a relaxed and supportive environment to explore different frames and see what fits my face ?
I very much recommend this branch

Also Tanya offered great service and advice for glasses. Had an attitude to find the best frames and lenses for my style/ needs/ price range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am regular visitor to this Specsaver branch. The optometrist (Halima) is very kind and knowledgeable. The specs she suggested for my 2 young kids are perfect and she dealt the kids professionally and kindly. I highly recommend her and Specsaver Pakuranga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming and kind staff. Especially my optometrist with hijab (sorry forgot her name ) is super kind, caring and knowledgable. The whole process of my eye exam was very comfortable and my questions and problems were answered in details. Thanks again, highly recommendded!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They ripped me off around $120 and refuse to refund me for incorrect charges because the process is "too hard" and refused to call me back. They advised they would refund my consultation if I chose to buy contact lenses via the store instead of going online where it's cheaper which I did. Then charged the consultation fee a week saying on the phone that they don't refund consultations with contact lenses anymore (aka I'm making stuff up despite that being my first visit there and having no way of knowing this prior). Good luck proving I turned up to a consultation a week after I ordered contact lenses in store, with no appointment scheduled. Southern Cross said the process was simple, so it seems it's just they didn't want to call. But Southern Cross will reach out on my behalf - Southern Cross is amazing.
Specsavers is a great company, but don't trust this particular store.

- I started my journey with them 2 years ago , I remember being really uneasy about having to wear glasses BUT the team made me feel reassured & confident with the whole process , they allowed me to ask as many questions as needed without feeling like it was “too much” they explained the eye exam very well and the optometrist helped me understand exactly what issues I had with my site and how they would help correct this and allow me to see a lot better .
The team were all very friendly , professional and knowledgeable. When I was selecting my frames the team made amazing suggestions it was overwhelming with the beautiful but large selection to choose from but with their guidance I was shown the perfect pair and was beyond excited to start wearing glasses .
Wait time for the prescription lenses to be placed into frames was quite short and I was contacted as soon as they arrived in store .
The store is very welcoming / tidy and easy to navigate
I would highly recommend Specsavers Pakuranga
