Whoever was on the drove thru kept asking for my order and then when I got the order it didn't have what I asked for. The chicken was dry and my colonels luck only had about 20 chips in the box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t use their app. We ordered and paid and they failed to delivery and when asked for refund they refused. Such bad customer service plus their food is always cold at the drive through. Rubbish!

Even they’re good at lying to customers for their mistakes.We’ve ordered through uber, at first they give the uber driver the wrong order and then canceled the order after 1 hour and when called and asked by us , They’ve given a reason that uber driver canceled not us.
We’ve already been on Call with uber and they blame uber for their poor service.
You people need to get a good reason for hiding your mistakes.
