We were at KFC buying lunch for my boy but BurgerFuel caught our attention. We sat at KFC while my son had his lunch and in less than 10 minutes we just have to leave. KFC is really not conducive for a nice quiet lunch so my wife went to BurgerFuel to ask whether they mind my son bringing along his lunch.
We were welcomed my the staff and we ordered our first meal. The Burgers were pretty good and the portion is huge. But we were more impressed with the young lady that serve us despite of her going age.

The reason for only 4 stars: coming from a fine dining background i can’t help but be picky about certain standards of food establishments ie cleanliness, presentation of staff etc. thank you though my tummy is full and happy!

We usually love their burgers, even if we have to wait a while past the time confirmed in the online order, but tonight was HORRENDOUS!!
My husband went to pick up at the time specified. "2 more minutes! It's still cooking"
No worries.
Then he watches people come and go. Finally after 30 minutes of watching this, he goes to the counter and asks again.
"Oh what's the name? Oh here it is!"
It has been sitting under the lamps that WHOLE TIME!!
No one called out the name or checked with him.
He says "excuse me?! I've been here for half an hour!!" And she just says "sorry" and pushes the order towards him without offering to recook it or anything...
Atrocious.
I don't think we'll be back after that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One if the priciest burger chains I have ever been to, burger fuel consistently earns the right to that price tag with the quality of their ingredients, construction, and diet friendly options. It's the only place I don't have to eat 3 burgers just to feel full for an hour, one is actually a meal that can keep me going for half the day. This, coupled with the fact it is the only burger chain I've found who caters to the lactose intolerant, cements it as my favourite place to eat, and something I am proud is kiwi based!
