β β β β β Bad customer service. Ive been a long customer with caltex and the customer service provided to me by the Indian casher Thomas was terrible. At the time i come to fill up my car i forgot my Smartfuel card but had it stored on my phone. I advised him of this and he said i cant do it Although many other People in caltex has done it for me before. After that he walked out on me to fill up shelfsοΌi havent even paid for my fuel yet kept me waiting for a minute or two then i just paid him. Never coming back here again. Shame on you Thomas

β β β β β Had a good discount on Flake Luxury, 2 for $4.50 - Cheaper than countdown at the moment, by 10c - Don't know if the deal is still going, allergic to Chocolate, any everything. But was a nice gift to the missus. She gave me some extra loving that night.

β β β β β Do not buy their packaged food , like there ready to eat burgers. Bought mine, opened it and found that it was mouldy. Customer service wasnt great either.

β β β β β They had a break in happen before I came to visit and they still provided great service. I also like that the next time I visited within the same week during the day, they were only serving through the window so security and safety of the team is a priority.

β β β β β definitely annoyed. I am pregnant and always needing to pee, and they put "Toilet under maintenance", then the counter looks at you as if you're doing a crime in using their toilet. So it makes you wonder if their toilet is really broken, or they just don't want passerby to use their toilet. Not happy!
